The Firebird 'S' is for new E.P.C. holders to intermediate pilots. A very easy handling glider that will inspire confidence when it is needed most. Performance is as high as possible whilst retaining the forgiving characteristics essential for this grade of pilot. Two sizes available, 190 sq ft and 215 sq ft. This glider will replace the existing Firebird. Performance : L/D 6.5:1, min sink 280 fpm.
